Moira Hoke

Moira Hoke is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who is passionate about helping children grow, build confidence, and develop skills for everyday life. She uses a play-based, child-led approach to create engaging and meaningful therapy experiences tailored to each child.
With experience supporting children across a variety of developmental needs—including sensory processing, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and motor skills—Moira enjoys meeting each child where they are and building on their strengths. Her goal is to help children feel successful in their daily routines at home, at school, and in the community.
Collaboration with caregivers is an important part of Moira’s approach, as strong partnerships help children feel supported, confident, and successful across all environments.
She offers services through KEIS and clinical private practice at KTL Therapy.
