Megan Hoke is KTL Therapy's Lead Speech-Language Pathologist and earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Kentucky. She specializes in evaluating and treating children with articulation and phonological disorders.
Megan has a passion for working with early communicators and uses a play-based approach in natural settings. She also has experience supporting children of all ages with a wide variety of speech, language, and communication needs.
Family involvement is central to Megan's therapy approach. She enjoys partnering with parents and caregivers, helping them feel confident in supporting their child's communication skills beyond therapy sessions.
She offers services through clinical private practice at KTL Therapy.

Kelly Twehues, Owner, began KTL to give families a more personalized experience in therapy services.

Sara Vank has experience working with children who have complex communication needs.
